Mid 19th.c painted pine kitchen dresser c.1850. Fabulous two inch thick sycamore slab top over seven drawers of graduated depth arranged around a small centre cupboard. Unusually this dresser has escaped the stripping tank and retains its original scumbled paintwork – designed to resemble drawer fronts veneered in expensive timbers with a crossbanded edge. Original knobs, an attractive shaped apron over the middle cupboard and original turned feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
