Delightful little painting of a kitten by the animal painter Adrienne Lester (1870-1950) c.1920. 8½” x 11″ painting in oil on board of a long haired kitten with sweet little face and a bobbin of red thread. Good technique in solf the handling of the fur. Clearly signed in the lower right hand corner of the painting. Presented behind glass in the original elaborately moulded and gilded frame. Excellent original condition.
