VICTORIAN OIL ON CANVAS OF NORFOLK BROADS WITH MAN "PUNTING" ALONG RIVER BANKS SIGNED BY LISTED BRITISH ARTIST E.BAKER C1850.
A lovely example of an early victorian oil on canvas depicting a Norfolk Broads scene with a man punting along the river banks on a summers day.
The painting is signed in the bottom left hand corner by listed British artist E.Baker.
A finely detailed painting with attention to the reeds and grass in the foreground.
The condition is very original and good as the painting has a clean and rich finish and is adequately varnished.
The frame is stunning as it shows the skill and craftsmanship involved in constructing the plasterwork and moulding.
Measurements are 28 1/2 Inches x 20 1/2 Inches overall.
The frame is actually 4 1/2 Inches in Depth.
The actual canvas size is 17 1/2 Inches x 9 1/2 Inches.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is found to have been misdescribed and the purchaser may be liable for the return costs subject to reasons for return.
Returns authorisation should be requested by sending an e-mail before posting.
