Oak Lambing Suite
A quality antique pegged oak "lambing" 3 piece suite in fantastic solid condition with re-webbed seats and new upholstery. The style is taken from 17th century crofters/shepherds chairs that gave you protection from draughts with their winged sides. Originally they would have had ropes instead of rubber webbing, with a straw covered seat and a lambskin over the back, hence the origins of the name lambing chair. Now as good as the day it was made and ready for a lovely country cottage to call home.
