Circa 1900. A quality solid oak Edwardian dinner gong on stand. The elegant architectural top with finials, broken arch and scrolls, with a large brass gong which has been plamished, hanging from the uprights - the original beater, recently re-covered in hide. The stand is supported on bobbin uprights with two similar cross stretchers, all resting on a simple trestle end sitting on four bun feet.
