These are good, early 1930s and from a private club in Yorkshire, we are very fortunate to have 2 remaining of these 3 matching antique tables by Gaskell & Chambers Ltd (label to base). There’s lots of uses for these – console table and hall table come to mind immediately.

Love the form on these - we have peg joints on those shapely sides which have a great Art Deco hint, a pleasing period moulding to the thick edges and black leather tops, we are talking good quality with good weight and tone to the English oak.

Condition wise they are good - the oak is of a pleasing tone and grain, the black leather tops are an historic replacement but work well and have marks, wear but no holes, there are age related marks and a little nick from one of the pegs. We have waxed the tables and ensured they are ready to place.

Price is for 1 delivered not all 3.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
