Stunning large Moorcroft bowl from the Walter Moorcroft period decorated in the Orchid and Spring Flowers pattern with a rich red flambe glaze one of the most striking combinations of colours: scarlet red, peachy pinks, yellows and a deep blackish purple. The pattern continues around the outside also. The bowl has a small pedestal foot and ridged band around the rim. Full signature and impressed marks to the base.

It measures 26cm wide and 8cm high. Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration. Even fine factory crazing and light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
