Pretty 19th century porcelain comport by Minton with a Christopher Dresser designed "Japanese Cloisonne" turquoise and enamel outer border and finely painted exotic bird in the centre (I think it may be a black hooded sierra finch!). set up on a moulded scrolled footed vase also in the same turquoise and enamels. Impressed mark to the rim underneath.

It measures 9 1/2" wide and 3 3/4" high. Condition is very good. There is a small chip to the back at the edge, which cannot be viewed from the front and light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
