Circa 1860, mid Victorian circular bedside cabinet with a marble top. The white variegated marble top is encased in a turned mahogany bezel. Below the top the cylinder body has flamed mahogany veneers, is hinged on inside and opens to reveal an interior with a single shelf. There is a beading on the body to identify the door. The whole piece stands on an enclosed plinth. Excellent condition.
