Mid Century Swedish Wall Mirror by Ab Glas & Tra
A Mid Century wall mirror, possibly made of amboyna wood, by Ab Glas & Tra, Sweden c1960's, model number 2095. Designed to be hung in a diamond shape but could easily be adjusted.
The frame is in good condition but the mirror plate has developed a slight mistiness which has formed diagonal lines which can be seen on the images.
Width as a diamond shape is 65cm
Width as a square shape is 46cm Our stock items are carefully selected by myself and I only buy good quality items which may need small repairs, a clean and a polish. I don't buy any items that need major restoration, but any loose joints are re-glued. Occasionally, some items may have small amounts of historic extinct woodworm, never enough to affect the integrity of the item, and is always treated as a matter of course. We try to describe and show our items the best we can, and we use studio lighting which sometimes lightens the colour slightly on some of the furniture. All lamps are rewired and PAT tested. Every item we sell we would have in our home (some of them have been!!) It is impossible to describe every item fully, so please feel free to email or call for more information or any queries you may have. The items will have no major defects but will show signs of normal age related wear and use. I would prefer the items to show its life rather than strip it and re-polish it, as it's only original once!
