Superb mid 19th.c. French marble top walnut centre table or Gueridon c.1830. A little larger than most, being 39″ diameter. Original well figured inch thick grey marble top featuring a beautifully shaped edge with concentric rings to stop spilt drinks from dripping onto the floor. On a particularly good carved walnut pedestal with acanthus leaf detail raised on a tripod base with scroll and scallop detail and the original castors. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
