Mid 18th Century Oak Coffor Bach
A handsome Welsh Coffor Bach, probably originating from West Wales and combining a framed front applied with a double D moulding and with three well defined arched fielded panels and boarded sides and back. This combination of panelled and boarded construction is often found on larger scale coffers from the region and period.
The lid is of framed construction with a central moulded edge panel. The hinges are later but the original staple hinges are still visible. The two little drawers have old but later handles of similar design to the ghostly outline of the original central escutcheon.

In the rare case that you wish to return an item, we need notification within 48 hours of delivery. We will then refund the cost of the item back to you in full, less transport costs involved. The item must then be delivered back to our showroom within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us.
STORAGE
Should an item not be ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold stock at our shop in Cowbridge. Items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.
