For sale we have a very attractive matched pair of Doulton & Slaters Patent vases.

The vases are of a baluster form and decorated in cobalt blue with a gilded band decorated with white flowers and turquoise foliage. Both vases carry Royal Doulton marks to the base for 1902-1922, one also has the incised mark for Christine Abbott and an impressed mark for Beartice M Durntall. The marks on the base of the second vase are less clear.

The vases are approximately 8 and 1/2 inches (21.6cm) high and both are in an excellent antique condition with no chips cracks or repairs and no wear to the decoration.
