This is a super looking top quality early 1900’s shop haberdashery display counter made by the Elliots of Redding. It’s Oak and Mahogany and has mellowed to a gorgeous colour and patina. It has 15 very practical drawers all Oak sides and fronts with brass cup handles. It has 4 sliding Mahogany doors with mirrors to the inner side these open to a glass shelf, which makes this Haberdashery more sought after among the cupcake and other cake makers has this shelf can display the larger cakes. It has a brass frame all around the glass area the top glass is a little cloudy and scratched due to usage. The bottom plinth is serpentine and mahogany which stands on adjustable feet. An absolute stunner suiting many settings both in the home and commercial very popular is craft shops as well as independent cupcake baker’s shops as well among the crafters out there in the home.
Condition This cabinet is in super condition with only the odd bump or mark as one would expect to see on such a piece but all add to the beauty of the piece, there is as mentioned above the cloudy scratched glass top but it doesn’t impede the use of the counter.
