Good sized early 20th.c. French mahogany and marble top chest of drawers or commode c.1930. Original and well figured marble top with a rounded edge. Over two short drawers and three long drawers. Moulded drawer fronts with original elaborately cast and gilded ormolu handles and escutcheons. Shaped and moulded apron across the front and sides, crisply carved scrolling acanthus feet. Very good quality with oak carcass, drawer linings and back panel. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
