Antique quality mahogany Georgian revival late 19C or early 20C astral glazed bookcase on bracket feet.

Fantastic piece of antique furniture, complete with air bubles and ripples in the glass.

We have a key which fits both locks.

There is a makers plaque on the back which reads Simkin cabinet maker and upholsterer Colchester.

1180mmW x 550mmD x 2280mmH

At some point the top shelves have been replaced with glass ones and lighting installed (untested) to the glazed part (we could remove the lights FOC if a customer wished us to, before despatch)

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, distortion, wear, imperfections, scratches, chips, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture and generally desirable.

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
