Macintyre Moorcroft Florian Ware Jug 1905-1913
We have the real pleasure of being able to offer this attractive Florian Ware Macintyre Moorcroft hot milk jug.
The milk jug is patterned with a lovely blue and white tubelined Florian design on a green ground with a gilt rim/foot rim and a white gilded handle. The milk jug is completed with its half hinged pewter cover with opaque glass knob. The base of the jug carries the printed Macintyre marks in brown along with the pattern M1783 and the Rn number 311908.
The jug is approximately 6 1/4 inches (23.5cm) high and is in an excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs, although there is a little bit of wear to the gilt on the spout and on the handle where the thumb would sit.
