Single Drawer Lowboy Table - George lll - c1800
This Lowboy is a pleasing styled example presented in excellent antique condition.
The desk rides upon tapered cabriole legs terminating with a pad foot.
The single drawer design provides for an attractive piece suitable for a variety of locations. The drawer benefits from oak linings and cock-beading with flame veneer to match the main body of the item.
A sculpted frieze with hanging half-moon centre adds to the classic styling of the piece.
The lowboy is well constructed and solid. The mahogany displays very well and the whole piece is in very good order.
