Late Victorian Walnut Revolving Bookcase
A great addition to any period property, library or study, this beautiful walnut late Victorian circa 1900 revolving bookcase is in outstanding condition for its age.
It has a patent pending design due to its cupboards and drawers to base. The idea of this is that when the doors are shut, this automatically locks the six drawers to the base section.
The bookcase is in excellent condition and does come with its original keys. This does work to a fashion, but we believe that the top drawer locking pins have worn slightly, so they can still be pulled out. This is a unique feature and adds to the charm of this Victorian bookcase.
