Impressively large late 19th.c. Gothic revival oak bookcase c.1880. 92″ long and breakfronted, the deeper centre section with glazed doors, flanked with open sections to both sides. Adjustable shelves throughout. Solid oak top with overhanging lobed corners across the front. Over twist carved columns with unusual brass mouldings and carved capitals. Decorative brass grill across the middle doors. Raised on a massive architectural moulded plinth of conforming shape. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
Bookcase, top and plinth separate for ease of delivery.
