Large Indian patchwork tapestry footstool
Very decorative and a great size Indian patchwork tapestry footstool on 19th century turned mahogany legs.
The patchwork is all handmade and hand stitched to give this fabulous tapestry, the colours and texture working so well with the rich polished mahogany legs.
A good alternative to a typical coffee table if you use a butlers tray to hold your drinks etc, leaving plenty of room to put your feet up too!
The frame is very solid and will happily support three adults if you need additional seating too.

Height: 19" / 49cm
Width: 49" / 124.5cm
Depth: 30" / 76cm Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
