An exceptional quality and very well proportioned 19th century French Louis XVI style mirror with its original deep bevelled mirror plate in lovely condition too.
The frame is very well detailed from the top to the base rail. Large floral wreath and laurel leaves with scrolled mouldings and flanked by half turned and fluted columns to the sides with further scrolled bracket supports.
Fabulous quality and certainly a very decorative antique French gilt mirror.

Measuring:
73 3/4” or 188cm high
44 3/4” or 114cm wide
3” or 8cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
