Very useful 19th.c. mahogany two door cabinet or bookcase by the high end English cabinet makers Edwards & Roberts c.1880. Single piece solid mahogany top over two large doors opening to reveal two sets of three adjustable shelves. Lots of useful storage space inside, internal depth 13″, big enough for large books or box files. Well figured veneers to the front on mahogany groundwork. Crisp mouldings and carved capitals to the pilasters at each side. Solid mahogany sides. Stamped for Edwards and Robert on the top of the right hand door. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
