Superb Very Large Stick Stand - Victorian Cast Iron - c1890

This is a very unusual example of a cast iron stick, umbrella and coat stand from the late Victorian period.

The stand is cast with wonderful detail presenting oak leaves and acorns along with berries and floral design. The piece is finished in white and displays attractive weathering.

The dimensions of the piece are substantial - it stands 5' 6" tall (167cm) tall, and the solid cast iron construction makes the stand pleasingly heavy.

Suitable for use in any location - hallway, portico or outside.

It is in excellent condition throughout. There are no damages to the castings.
