Large Burmese teak centre table with pedestal base
Fantastically decorative and beautifully carved solid teak Burmese centre table or hall table.
Lovely size and with a good size centre to the table top for display and also, the table is very stable with the triform carved base.
The table top being carved from a single piece of solid teak and a good diameter. Carvings throughout the table top and the base of various symbolic and mythical beasts.
Great quality, great condition and unusual size table.
Perhaps would make a good breakfast table with placing a glass top.
Measuring:
31 1/4” or 79.5cm high
33 3/4” or 86cm diameter Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
