A very large and impressive and desk in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1890-1900 period.

It is of super quality, the mahogany has acquired a gorgeous light colour tone and has satin wood inlays around the borders. The tapered legs have a very bold form & are also inlaid. The work space is huge, this could easily be used as a partners desk as the back is beautifully finished as well. The burgundy leather top has a gorgeous colour and patina, with some old marks visible.

We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for is age, with just some minor wear here and there beneath the polish.
