Large 19thC Railway Signalman’s Stool
A lovely large and comfortable Victorian Railway Signalman’s bench stool of traditional form of sturdy plank construction and retaining its painted finish it presents beautifully and is original throughout.
Perfect for sitting at being the same height as a standard dining chair at 18” high. The flat and level top would mean that it would also make an ideal occasional table or lamp stand.
These bench stools have become increasingly rare and hard to find, they are highly decorative and practical and look great in any room.
