Great looking large late 19th.c. table c.1880. A little higher than a standard dining table it was probably designed to work at whilst standing up in a draper’s shop or perhpas even a large kitchen. Three plank solid mahogany top with heavy oak molding to the edge, well-shaped ends with turned finials and a double stretcher. Would make a fine kitchen or dining table to comfortably seat 8 or 10 at a squeeze. Unrestored but very solid and sturdy.
