This is an 18C mule chest with later alteration.
This piece of antique furniture would look great in the right location, with Panelled front, sides and back
Overall dimensions 1280mmW x 580mmD x 910mmH.
Historical knocks, marks, cracking, repairs and alterations as one would expect, given the age of the piece. There is some historic woodworm that we have treated for good measure. There is no key and the later lock is untested. Later softwood bottom and drawer bottoms. Strapping and repairs/alterations to the lid. Later hinges.
