Early 19th.c. oak dresser rack c.1810. Ideal as a kitchen plate rack or for storing glassware, cooking ingredients etc. Three shelves (4″ depth) divided into a 47½” wide centre and 8½” wide sides bays. With grooves for standing plates in and front rails to stop things tipping forward. Tall ogee moulded cornice and a crenelated canopy repeated over the lower shelves in the side bays. Moulded base trim. Excellent colour and condition with some earlier restorations.
Dimensions: Width 74" Height 52½" Depth 7".
