Kingsize French bed with deep bow footboard
Beautiful French louis xv style deep bow foot upholstered bed with original paint finish, circa 1900 and in great condition
The bed is upholstered in a "vintage" brocade fabric and finished with studs to the edge of the frame, the frame itself is very well carved, large and very detailed roses to the footboard and continuing throughout, thew footboard is unusually deep for the curve, it wraps around the mattress as you can see from the last photo.
The bed is shown here with the ( inclusive ) supporting box base which will hold your mattress.
Being such a curved frame, the bed would ideally have a curved mattress...I can help you with this, supplying you a really good pocket sprung mattress for around £950 fitted to the curve.
