A fine Watercolour by the Artist Hubert Jarvis born England in 1882.
Hubert Jarvis moved to Queensland Australia working as an Entomologist as well as being a talented working artist.
This Watercolour is entitled "Jolly's Lookout Near Brisbane" the picture is signed and dated 1955, colours are strong and bright with no fade the frame is probable original so has a few scuff marks, however this does not detract from the picture.
Hubert Jarvis work is exhibited in art galleries in Australia and the UK. He died in 1964.
