A fine quality Watercolour by the British artist John Bates Noel act 1870-1927.Bates was born in Malvern Worcestershire, the son of the famous Landscape artist David Bates. John Bates Noel exhibited his work in London and the Shires between 1893 and 1909.Much of his work was completed in and around Worcestershire and Herefordshire, he also visited Wales and the Scottish Highlands.The picture is signed and dated 1906.
