For sale we have a beautifully Royal Worcester vase painted by James Stinton.

The vase is of the ovoid cylindrical form and is hand painted with a colourful cock pheasant in copse with a flying pheasant in the background. The vase is signed Jas Stinton and carries the Royal Worcester marks for 1911 along with the pattern number G42 on its base.

The vase is 6 inches (15cm) high and is in a lovely condition other than a forked hairline to the body. The hairline does not impact on the painting and extends from the base to the base of the reticulated rim. However the hairline does not extend into the reticulation.

The price for this item reflect the damage.
