Irish Regency Mahogany & Burr Yew Tea Table
An Irish Regency demi-lune foldover mahogany tea table dating to circa 1820, with burr yew wood crossbanding and ebony stringing to the top and inside surfaces. Standing on a substantial multiple ring-turned column with four reeded cabriole legs with ornate brass acanthus cast caps and castors. Good original colour with marks and drying lines consistent with age, repair to back edge of crossbanding and minor loss to back edge at hinge, interior part polished.
