This is a Victorian Mahogany Compactum of Large Proportions c1860-80. It is raised on a plinth base with central lower bank of drawers and upper linen slides. To each side is hanging space and the most lovely hooks with ceramic knobs to the top. The upper cornice is an ornate combination of ogee and quadrant moulding. The lining inside is original an d slightly stained please see pics. It breaks down into 19 piece with the cental drawer carcus being the sinlge largest piece. Agreat piece but massive.
