This is an outstanding, huge piece of Capo di Monte, fabulous colourway with exquiste decoration of cherubs and flowers. Approptiately stamped to the base. A substantial centre piece for any period room. In the form of a large lidded tureen. At 16" inch high and approximately 18" inch wide. The glaze is in excellent order and it is overall in fantastic order, a minor stress hairline to one handle, but this does not detract, nor threaten integrity.
