A Victorian high backed upholstered settle, or sofa, with some nice carved detail to the head rail. The settle is mahogany. It has sustained some damage to a leg (see picture) due to an unruly dog having chewed it. The fabric is faded and would benefit from being replaced, It was used for many years in the "boot room" of a house, for the purpose of sitting while putting on, or removing, boots and comes complete with a matching stool.

It is an ideal project for a budding upholsterer and will give many more years of service.

The settle is 54.5" at its widest, the seat height is 17" and to the top is 45.5". The overall depth is 29". All items are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee.
