The property sold for £2,900.00. Has the plan details of the property and both Colonel Hancock's and Henry Stephens Seals and Signatures. There are 2 embossed duty stamps, one for twelve pounds and the other for two pounds and ten shillings. Plus two Victorian Cypher's. Has marbled end pages and clothe boards.
