An impressive moulded and cut glass Inkwell with Silver Plated Top.There is sign of wear on the Plating but it is not noticeable. This Inkwell would also make a fantastic Paperweight, it is so heavy!The dimensions are 12cms x 12cms x 6cms (excluding the top) It is difficult to date precisely but prob. c.1920 .There is what appears to be a Maker or Retailers Mark on the Collar "Fany & Co. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
