Here is a very good quality antique and completely original country mahogany Hay on Wye George III carved tilt top tripod table, circa 1780 - 1800.

Here is a very good quality antique and completely original country mahogany Hay on Wye George III carved tilt top tripod table, circa 1780 - 1800. The top features floral motif carvings and dragoon edging around the perimeter. The top is constructed of a single piece of mahogany which is a sign of good quality. There are also floral carvings to the knees of the legs. The tilt top table has the original working hinge and brass locking mechanism - the top locks into the brass locking mechanism. The table is constructed of solid mahogany. The table features a well shaped ring turned pedestal terminating in lovely umbrella shaped legs with the original pad feet. This table is completely original without any breaks or damage and has fantastic colour / patination.
The table would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room, dining room or hall way. The table would certainly grace any home and is a great investment as it is extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

This table is completely original and is in very good condition commensurate with its age. The top is constructed of a single piece of mahogany which is a sign of good quality. The top and base is completely original. The working hinges and brass locking mechanism are original. There are no breaks to the stem or legs. Nominal old use marks but nothing significant considering the age of the item. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use.

UK Returns & Refunds
A 7 day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. You will be given a refund excluding the delivery cost as long as the item is returned in the same condition. The buyer is not required to cover the cost of returning the item if the item is returned at the point of delivery. If the item is delivered and left with the customer, a return fee will apply (which is the same cost as the delivery fee). We only will collect returns using our own specialist furniture delivery company. We will not accept returns via a courier service (due to experience of damaged items in transit). This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.

For UK buyers, we will accept cash on collection or delivery cheque, credit card, BACS (free bank to bank transfer). Payment is requested within 5 days of the sale.
