Handsome Georgian mahogany bureau bookcase
A handsome Georgian mahogany country-house bookcase bureau of wonderful colour and patina with shelved astragal glazed upper section with the central panels having mercury back mirrors on a bureau with cross-banded fall fitted interior two secret draws and inset leather above four draws with pine and oak drawer liners with original brass swan neck handles raised on low bracket feet with original locks and working keys In the drawer there’s is some interesting paperwork including black and white photos with BADA compliment slip showing of a previous dwelling place a useful piece off home working desk with good storage space
