This is as good an oak nest of antique tables as you will see. It is beautiful. I would guess it was made in the 1920's - 1930's. The nest is made to a seventeenth century design and made in the same manner. The nest has gun barrel turned legs and low stretchers. Each table has a shaped reeded frieze, low stretcher and each joint is pegged. The nest is aged with appropriate wear and a wonderful patina.

This is a seriously good nest of antique tables. It is heavy and solid with no worm or damage. Marks from usage as you would expect but these are appropriate and look good on period oak.

This is a neat small nest and will happily sit with old oak pieces in an antique setting. My photos don't capture what a good nest this is. I have a number of similar pieces on this week from the same provenance so do check out my site.

The largest table is 19.25 inches wide and 11 inches deep and 17.5 inches high.
