In super condition this Oak Kneehole desk from early part of 1900s is ready to go into service. A single piece desk it is well made and put together. Has original handles, bar one small back plate and a new leather has been fitted to the surface. The latter in black, so no colour conflict, and gold tooled as can be seen in the picture. A good solid desk from John Taylor and sons Edinburgh, sensibly priced for its condition. Drawers have raised front and the styles are nicely detailed as can been seen. 30" high 57" wide and 30" deep. The back on this desk is tidy but it is intended to go against a wall or similar. This is one of at least a dozen desks, writing antique tables and library tables currently in stock........... SORRY NOW SOLD............ You are always welcome to pay us a visit, we are open every Friday and Saturday and other days by appointment. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas.
