A Good Early Georgian Oak Side Table of fine figure & colour, with lovely bookmatched top, raised on square chamfer legs tied with stretchers, the side rails shaped, the drawer with engraved brass handle, iron lock & key. This is an interesting example of a transitional style bridging the earlier Queen Anne turned leg and stretchered antique tables and the later Georgian square chamfer leg style without stretchers
