This is an elegant Regency design oval mirror dating from around 1870 with classic Adams styling.
The mirror has attractive proportions and very decorative swags and garlands in delicate gessoed wirework. This is in its original gilding which is in super condition with only a few very minor losses to the gesso which are barely noticeable.
The mirror plate is the original bevelled glass in very good clean, useable condition.
This measures 92 cms high by 70 cms wide overall to the extremities of the piece.
