Antique quality Georgian Regency scroll arm sofa chaise longue mahogany.
Dates from C1810-1830 (George III to Regency period).
Rare quality piece... far better than most... lovely slender elegant design and great tall turned legs.
No loose joints. Period brass castors (some wear as one would expect).
Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.
The sofa has been professionally reupholstered in a modern quality mustard velour upholstery fabric, with traditional stuffing materials (based on feel).
Overall maximum dimensions:
214cmW x 63cmD x 88cmH (44cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture. Some historic extinct woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure.
