Georgian Oak Refectory Kitchen Dining Serving Tabl
Antique Georgian oak refectory kitchen dining serving table.
Amazing old nails, peg joints, knarled timber, etc....a rare find.
Fabulous proportions, age and patina. The table is solid with no loose joints.
This table appears to have 18C Georgian origins, but has had so many alterations and repairs over the centuries, that there may be little of the original table left. The top has been recently refinished. Overall the table has a very dark finish.
This table has quite a bit of historical extinct woodworm, but this has been fully treated for good measure and generally adds to the age and character of this piece.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, distortion, wear, imperfections, scratches, chips, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture and generally desirable.
Maximum overall dimensions 1560mmL x 820mmW x 765mmH x 650mm (max) knee hole.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
