Georgian Oak Hanging Corner Cupboard
An extremely handsome and original Georgian Oak Corner Cupboard.
Dating to about 1780 - 1800 this cupboard has an unusual and interesting dentil moulded cornice and a double panelled door with original geometrical moulded detail.
It has a period escutcheon, lock and key and original butt hinges
Inside are 3 original nicely shaped elm shelves and the original elm backboards have a traditional pale green painted surface.
Condition is excellent. No splits or twists to the panels. Well figured and patinated Georgian Oak
Measurements:
37.5 inches high,
24.5 inches wide at the cornice.
Shelf heights: 3 @7 inches. Top shelf 12 inches
