or sale we have a lovely late 18th century New Hall teapot.

This silver shaped New Hall teapot is decorated with pattern 421, "The boy with the butterfly pattern". The base of the teapot is marked with the pattern No 421 in red.

The teapot is 5 & 1/2 inches (14cm) high. The teapot is in a very good antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, however, the lid has at some point been damaged and carries an old repair. Both the teapot and and lid have surfaces in which some sand had obviously become embedded in the glaze during firing.
